Carrington Homes was established in 1992 by Chuck, Sandy and Carl McIntyre. While completing over 200 custom homes, many remodeling and commercial projects, Carl has built a business with a strong foundation consisting of a reputation built on trust. Our clients enjoy working with a partner who has values that emphasize integrity and excellence.

As an award winning builder, Carl has built a team that shared his same goals and commitment. Every employee at Carrington Homes works personally with every customer to ensure our services meet all their expectations including design, quality, schedule, and budget. Carrington Homes is proud to be an ENERGY STAR Builder. 2012 marks the 20th anniversary of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) ENERGY STAR program. ENERGY STAR qualified homes offer home buyers the quality and features they look for in a new home, but with lower utility bills and greater benefits for the environment.

As a nationally certified RESNET professional, we understand energy efficiency.  This designation helps our customers stay comfortable in their new home while reducing their energy expenses.  RESNET is a national non-profit organization whose standards are recognized by the Department of Energy (DOE), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the US mortgage industry.
