For more than 20 years, Carrington has been building custom homes in the greater Indianapolis area. Through the relationships with our residential clients, Carrington has expanded their services to include commercial and industrial maintenance and general contracting projects of all kinds.

Initially, the emphasis was on the maintenance of large industrial type buildings, but since then Carrington has completed various projects such as industrial building renovations, office build outs, retail space and service center renovations, and various other commercial and industrial projects.

Maintenance

Carrington’s clients know that Carrington is the “Go to Guy” when it comes to building maintenance. Our weekly site visit program includes inspections and reports that inform Owners of site conditions that otherwise may go unchecked. Carrington makes it a priority to build relationships with building tenants to take some of that burden from the Owner’s already full plate of responsibilities. Our experience and relationships insure that our clients are receiving the correct information and the best possible pricing on all the services they require. Carrington’s many years of new construction experience provides the knowledge and top quality subcontractors needed to bring your projects in, on budget, and on time.
