McCordsville, Indiana is located 20 minutes east of Indianapolis near Geist Reservoir in Vernon Township. Home to the office location of Carrington Homes, and many of Carrington’s projects over the years. McCordsville has a good mix of neighborhood communities and private lots. There are many remodels and additions in McCordsville as well as new home construction.
