On the northwestern fringe of Indianapolis, a mere twenty minutes from the downtown Indianapolis, lies the Town of Zionsville. It is one of the few towns in the United States that has preserved its brick main street. New home construction in Zionsville has boomed in the past 10 years with many modern neighborhoods on the rise. The legendary golf course designer Pete Dye designed his last course, Holiday Farms, here in Zionsville. It features some astounding new homes on the course and was the location for the 2020 Indianapolis Home-a-Rama held by the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis.
